eSOON providing professional training for BOC
In oder to improve the management level of the customer service center
of first-class branch, unifying the management mode, establish standard
service system to face the fierce competition in the banking industry,
the Bank of China (BOC) invited eSOON to provide a personnel training
in customer service management.
The training is based on the actual conditions of BOC and the market demands
and is aimed to bring a concept of providing customized service.
Microsoft and Yahoo reaching an agreement to link the IM services of
each other
Microsoft and Yahoo are planning to link the IM services (information
in words and voice) of each other. Details on this have not been publicized
yet, but will be publicized on Wednesday.
The three leading provider of IM software, Microsoft, Yahoo and AOL have
negotiated for a long time on this issue, but the progress is quite slow
up until now.
Linksys cooperating with Skype to provide handheld equipment based
on IP voice technology
Linksys, a branch of Cisco and a leader in the market of wireless and
Ethernet products (small and middle sized enterprises) and Skype, a provider
of Internet voice technology and services, announced today to establish
cooperation relationship. The two companies will jointly provide a handheld
equipment based on IP voice technology, that will enable the users to
enjoy free-of-charge IP phone service (based on Skype technology) without
using computer.
