Alcatel won the bid for the largest IP PBX project in China

Alcatel, the world leading provider of enterprise telecom solutions, announced recently that, after a thorough review, a procuratorate of China selected Alcatel to deploy the IP PBX voice switch network for procuratorates of different levels (provincial, municipal and county level) to build a multi-function network (voice, data and videofrequency).
According to the contract, Alcatel will provide 2 Omni PCX ENTERPRISEs (large-sized switch) as central switching node, 139 sets of Omni PCX Office (middle and small-sized switch) system as branch nodes. There will be 141 sets of IP PBX supporting 9000 users, covering the provincial procuratorate, 14 municipal procuratorates and 126 county-level procuratorates.

Avaya celebrating the 5th anniversary of establishment
