America: the era of VoIP has come

According to the research result from Impulse Research, the companies in America may reduce the telecom expenses by 40% by using VoIP service. All the IT managers say that they would like to install VoIP system within a year.

In the research carried out by Qwest Communications International among 1000 IT professionals, 64% of the responder say that the major reason for adopting VoIP service is to reduce the telecom expenses. 36% of them say that it is because that it can improve the working efficiency. Over 70% of the IT managers hope to use their own national optical-fiber network rather than renting internet access..
