Huawei winning the bid for IPTV of Guangdong Telecom

On Nov. 14 of 2005, Guangdong Telecom, a branch of China Telecom, awarded the bid for the IPTV project to Huawei. This project involves 100,000 users. Huawei's IPTV system will provide value-added telecom services, such as BTV, VOD, remote eduation, IMS and so on, to users in developed cities in Zhoujiang Delta, including Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

RightNow cooperating with TietoEnator

The world leading CRM provider RightNow Technologies announced today to establish cooperation relationship with TietoEnator, the largest IT service provider in North Europe.

According to the report from Gartner, the contract value for CRM service in Europe was 13 million USD in 2003, while the number will be increased to 183 million in 2008. Another authoritative report forecasts that the number of customer service personnel in North Europe and the market of multi-channel contact center will keep growing.
