Siebel Systems: leading supplier of middle-end SFA
Siebel Systems, the world leading provider of customer support solutions

SFA (Sales Force Automation) applications. The report says that Siebel
CRM Professional Edition is an outstanding solution for middle-end market.

On Dec.12-14, Huai'an Branch Call Center of Jiangsu Mobile carried out
a professional training for on-site management personnel of the center.
Mr. Li Jingcheng, senior trainer from Service & Marketing Forum (C800.com)
was invited to give training lectures.

Jiangsu Mobile has always attached much importance to training the employees
and improving the service quality of the "1860" customer service
center. Director and leaders of the customer service center are not satisfied

Comcast adopting IP NGN: Cisco building backbone network in America
Cisco announced recently that Comcast has chosen the core component of
Cisco's IP NGN, that is, Cisco CRS-1 operator-level router system, to
build an integrated service platform in America to provide services such
as broadband, telecom, video entertainment, and so on.
