The number of domestic IM users in the third quarter of this year
reaching 81,520,000---Tencent still in leading position
Several years after Tencent launching OICQ in 1999, the number of IM
users are growing very rapidly. During 2000-2004, the annual growth rate
was 140%, 92%, 70% and 51%. According to the research result of Analysys
International, the number of IM users in China has increased to 81,520,000,
38% more than that of the last year.
China Netcom cooperating with HOLLYCRM to upgrade CRM system
In Dec. 2005, China Netcom signed a contract with HOLLYCRM for the project
"2005 China Netcom's major customer management and one-stop service
system (stage II)". According to the contract, HOLLYCRM will upgrade
the CRM system for China Netcom.
After finishing the first-stage construction of the major customer management
and one-stop service system for China Netcom in 2003, HOLLYCRM was selected
again by China Netcom due to the outstanding capability and service quality.
This reflects HOLLYCRM's leading position and great achievements in the
field of CRM in terms of techniques, planning, consulting and project
implementation. Before this, HOLLYCRM has successfully constructed CRM
systems for many telecom operators, including China Netcom (headquarter),
Tianjin Telecom, Shandong Netcom, Shangxi Telecom. According to the 2003-2004
Annual Report on Investment Opportunities in China's Management Software
Industry" released by CCID Consulting, HOLLYCRM claims a CRM market
share of 24%, ranking No.1.
Video telecom becomes popular
According to the data from Cnnic, there are already over 100,000,000 domestic
Internet users, and the number of users who get access to Internet through
broadband is growing very rapidly too. With the availability of broadband
and mature network techniques, video telecom has become an economic service
for the public. An era of video telecom is coming.
