FrontRange get investment from Francisco Partners

FrontRange Solutions Inc., the world leading provider of CRM solutions, announced on Jan. 16 of 2006 that Francisco Partners had purchased, on Dec. 23 of 2005, all the shares it issued. Francisco Partners is one of the world largest technology-intensive private equity fund company, with a registered capital of 2,500,000,000 USD. It invests in companies that are adjusting strategies, technologies and operation mode. It purchases the majority interest or minority interest of private-owned companies, listed companies and branches of those listed companies, at a price from 30,000,000USD to 2,000,000,000 USD. Up until now, Francisco Partners has invested over 3,000,000,000 USD in over 50 technology companies in such a way. This acquisition as mentioned above has been approved by the shareholders of FrontRange and is done according to the general terms of acquisition. After the acquisition, FrontRange will be suspended at the Johannesburg stock market.

Huawei Earned 45,300,000,000 RMB in 2005
