Jiangxi Mobile's centralized call center put into operation
Recently, Jiangxi Mobile has successfully finished the first connection
in the centralization of customer service centers. The positions of 1860,
1861 and 12580 (in Yingtan) were all brought into the machine room in
Nanchang headquarter of the customer service system.
The centralization started in June last year. It is planed to bring the
positions of "1860", "12580" in11 cities of the province
to Nanchang headquarter to build a large and centralized customer service
center by the end of March this year.
