Call center developed by HongRong for Kunming Branch of the Communication Bank of China started

The call center as developed by HengRong for the headquarter of Communication Bank of China has been put into operation in Kunming Branch on March 5 after 4 months of R&D and testing. Kunming Branch is the first bank adopting HengRong Call Center solution after the upgrading. After this, HengRong call center solutions will be promoted in over 10 branches of the Communication Bank of China, such as Huainan Branch, Hainan Branch, etc..
