VoiceCodes VCLog recording system applied in the credit card center
of China Construction Bank
Recently, VoiceCodes VCLog System (multi-media recording system) was
picked out by the Credit Card Center of China Construction Bank to Serve
Suzhou Branch of the customer service center. This further consolidates
the leading position of VoiceCodes VClog recording sytem in the banking

Zinglabs Technology providing high-end call center solutions to HC360
Zinglabs Technology (Singapore) announced recently that its high-end
product ZingSwitch? CVNET was adopted by HC360 in the upgrading of call
center system.
ITApps cooperating with Anbang Property & Casualty Insurance Co.
ITApps has reached an agreement with Anbang Property & Casualty Insurance
Co.. According to the agreement, ITApps will provide a whole set of voice
recording solutions and services for the call center of the latter.

Call center developed by HongRong for Kunming Branch of the Communication
Bank of China started
The call center as developed by HengRong for the headquarter of Communication
Bank of China has been put into operation in Kunming Branch on March 5
after 4 months of R&D and testing. Kunming Branch is the first bank
adopting HengRong Call Center solution after the upgrading. After this,
HengRong call center solutions will be promoted in over 10 branches of
the Communication Bank of China, such as Huainan Branch, Hainan Branch,
etc..
