NMS and Golden Dynamic providing techniques to launch 3G mobile TV service in Hong Kong

NMS International Communications announced that it would cooperate with Golden Dynamic to provide mobile video techniques for the launching of the first 3G mobile TV service in Hong Kong.

China C&C Institute to write Technical Standards for Call Center

Upon the invitation of Beijing Informatizaiton Office, China C&C Institute and HOLLYCRM started to write Technical Standards for Call Centers, which covers call center related terms, functions, performances, safety and best customer experience, etc. It provides a good instruction for the government and enterprises in constructing customer service centers. HSUPA technique, to be available at the end of 2007, is the key to the development of mobile phone VOIP service

John Giere, CEO of Lucent says that although mobile phone related VoIP program has been started, it is still not widely applied in the near future unless the operators can make a breakthrough in a key network technique, which, in most of the countries in the world, won't happen until 2007. Today, the problem in mobile-phone VOIP service lies in the uplink mode (too slow in transmitting high-quality voice). In order to improve the speed, GSM network operators will upgrade their networks with HSUPA（high speed uplink packet access）techniques.
