HXD supporting Xizang Mobile to expand the capacity of IVR system
HXD gave a hand to Xizang Mobile in the IVR capacity-expansion project
in Nov. 2005. In the project, the capacity was doubled (expanded from
210 lines to 420 lines), which greatly relieve the traffic jam and improve
the customer satisfaction index.
Cooperating with RAD to build a bright future
The First RAD Scholarship launched in Beijing University of Posts and
Telecommunications
RAD Data Communications announced recently that the scholarship program
it launched it undertook was launched at Beijing University of Posts and
Telecommunications. This reflects the commitment of RAD in China. RAD
will provide scholarship to the ten outstanding undergraduate (junior
and senior) of the university as an encouragement and recognition.
"95533" customer service center of CCB put into operation
in Chengdu
On March 16, "95533" customer service center of China Construction
Bank was put into operation in Chengdu on March16. Huang Xiaoxiang, vice
president of Sichuan province, and Fan Yifei, head of the bank, attended
the opening ceremony.
"95533"customer service center provides various kinds of services
to individual customers and enterprises by means of auto/manual voice
service, e-mails, fax, etc. The services include consulting, service supervision,
transaction handling, out-calling management, etc.
Zinglabs Technology to build call center for Sunny Service
Zinglabs Technology (Singapore) announced recently that it had won the
bid to construct a call center platform of high performance-cost ratio,
high intelligence, high integration and expandability for Sunny Information
Technology Service Inc. (Sunny Service). This is a new achievement made
by Zinglabs after constructing call centers for Guizhou Tobacco, HC360,
Datong Chunyi Electric Appliances, Yongle Household Electric Appliances,
95 Teleweb and IBMThink.
