FrontRange IPCC software honored as "Product of the Year 2006"

FrontRange Solutions, the world leading provider of comprehensive CRM
solutions, announced recently that the software IPCC designed and developed
by it was nominated as "Product of the Year 2006" by Call Center
Magazine, for the reason that it can improve the working efficiency of
the operators and managers of call centers, increase the sales value and
improve the service quality comprehensively. The company launched IPCC
software for the first time in Nov. 2004, and this is the second time
FrontRange won the award.
Gartner: traditional telecom operators in a tough situation in the
coming five years
Gartner, a famous Information Technology research and advisory company,
released a new report on the developing trend of telecom market on March
24 this year. It says in the report that the traditional telecom operators
will be in a really tough situation in the coming five years, challenged
by more and more newly-born companies with advanced concepts and technologies.
The report forecasts that in 2006 telecom industry will experience big
changes, such as popularization of Internet and digital content, increase
of network bandwidth, and emerging of new companies and business modes.
Lucent to help Sprint provide brand new IP voice connection service
Lucent Technologies announced recently that it would provide IP solutions
to Sprint to help the latter provide brand-new IP voice service to the
customers. SprintIP voice connection service combines voice and data telecom
through single IP network, improving the connecting capability and reducing
the complexity of the network.
