C800.COM and INFOSATION entering into alliance

Recently, Singapore Infosation Pte Ltd (Ｉnfosation) C800.COM signed a MOU.
According to the MOU, the two sides will cooperate with each other to develop call center business in China. Ultimate goal of the cooperation is to establish call center and CRM joint venture in China.

CTI Forum organizing an on-site survey on APSON (China) hotline service center

April 3-5, 2006, Call Center & CRM Expo China 2006, as organized by CTI Forum, China's largest call center port website, was held at Beijing International Conference Center. In order to make the participants know better about the operation and management of call centers, CTI Forum and C800.COM organized an on-site survey in the afternoon at April 5 on APSON (China) hotline service center as constructed by HOLLYCRM.

"Next Generation Telecom? -will be held at Beijing Kunlun Hotel on May 23, 2006. This international summit meeting includes speech by important persons in the telecom industry, deep discussion, project-related negotiation, providing a platform to IT managers for acquiring knowledge and business opportunities. "Next Generation Telecom? --brings international cooperation opportunities to China in the first time. 50% of the speakers are from outside China, and 50% of the topics are from the point of view of telecom operators. The forum was divided into three parts according to the topics. The international forum gave a detailed analysis on how to develop IMS technology and catching business opportunities.
