Jiaxun Feihong's AnyTouch platform adopted by KingSoft Games Call
Center
The call center of KingSoft Games is constructed to meet the business
demand in the fierce competition.
Located in Chengdu City, it serves the game players all over the country.
It uses local telephone number, and all the service resources (positions,
self-help voice service and fax service) are all deployed in Chengdu.
The customer service center can provide 365×24 services through fax and
telephone to lay a solid foundation to KingSoft Games to compete with
others. After the call center is put into operation, it relieves the pressure
of online service department, and brings more convenience to the customers.
The customer service center use AVAYA's S8500 product, and Jiaxun Feihong's
anytouch call center software platform.
