Verizon reducing VoIP service fee

Verizon reduced the price of VoIP service recently to compete with Vonage. This protective marketing strategy will lead to a new price war. Verizon cancelled the discount and unified the price of VoIP services for broadband subscribers, including those outside the conventional service area.
This marketing strategy will make Verizon more competitive than ever in the competition against the rivals, including cable companies that provide VoIP service at a much higher price. Verizon provides VoiceWing in 37 countries.
