CCID providing basic training for customer service centers in tourism
industry
Upon the invitation of a tourism management company in ZhangJiaJie, CCID
carried out a basic training on customer service for the stuffs of the
customer service center of ZhangJiaJie Scenic Area. The training started
from April 21 of 2005 and lasted for several days. This is another practice
by CCID in tourism industry after it provided a market research in several
big cities for a tourism company.
"12333" customer service center established in Tianjin
It is known from the Labor Security Telephone Consulting Center of
Tianjin City that "12333" labor security consulting hotline,
since being put into operation a year ago, has gained the favor of the
public with professional and timely service. It has become one of the
major channels for the people to get information on labor security related
policies and making complaints to protect their rights.
SITV opening the first customer service center
On April 10, (SiTV) announced to open the nationwide customer service
center to all the users of SiTV digital TV integrated operation platform
The first hotline opened to the whole country provides information on
program content, time schedule, charging rate as well as new users application,
complaints/suggestion receiving and SiTV "Shifuhui" member recruitment.
The user can dial 021-61009789 at any time of the day to inquire about
the content, time schedule, and charging rate of the programs on SiTV
platform. They can also get information on how to apply, and how to subscribe
digital and high-definition TV program from local network company. What's
more, they can get help when there is trouble with the set-top-box or
the receiver.
