AOL choosing AXIOSS to provide broadband and IP service in France

Axiom Systems announced recently at the TeleManagement World that by cooperating with Inoven and Accenture, AXIOSS platform has been chosen by AOL to provide IP and broadband services in France.

Skype will provide new functions instead of developing VoIP products of enterprise edition

According to foreign media, at the industry conference held in Sweden on Tuesday, Niklas Zennstroem, founder and CEO of Skype, the world IP Phone giant, said in the future Skype would continue to provide some new functions to commercial users. However, they won't develop VoIP products of enterprise edition for office purpose.

No.2 Call center of Jiangsu Mobile put into operation in Huai'An, serving 10 cities

On May 17, the No.2 call center of Jiangsu Mobile Telecom Co., Ltd. was put into operation in Huai'An. The call center building is located at the west side of Chengde Road, arterial road at the center of Huai'An city. The main building has 10 floors in total, while the auxiliary building has 4 floors, with a total area of 16000 square meters, and the total investment amounting to over 100,000,000 RMB.
As an important infrastructure to improve the customer service level of the province, the call center will provide the best information service to mobile telecom customers in 10 cities. The high technical capability and management level reflect that Jiangsu Mobile has made a further step in technical innovation and centralized management. This will enhance the development of local information service industry and local economy. At present, the call center has over 700 stuffs, and will have over 1000 after the project is completed.
