ITApps Develops the First-class Customer Service Center Together with Sichuan Telecom Again

After signing the consultancy services with ITApps in 2005, the Sichuan Telecom signed one year’s consultancy services again at the beginning of 2006. The consultancy services signed this time have been added the service of management system establishment on the basis of continuing last year’s annual calling quality evaluation for the Customer Service Center of Sichuan Telecom.
