Altigen IP Distribution-Style Call Center Introduces 12315 Service in Tibet

With the good news that the entire Qinghai-Tibet rail line is now open to traffic comes more good news: Altigen’s successful application with the government allowing Altigen to provide the 12345 customer service system at an average of 4,000 meters above sea level in the following locations: Gansu, Chengdu, Kunming, Nanchang, Nanchong, Inner Mongolia, Wuhai (Inner Mongolia), Shandong, Weifang (Shandong), Jiujiang (Jiangxi), Dazhou (Sichuan), Suicheng (Sichuan), Ziyang (Sichuan), Jiaxing (Zhejiang), Linfen (Shanxi), Yangquan (Shanxi), and Changzhi (Shanxi) – all the way to China’s southwest frontier in Tibet Autonomous Region.
