Haerbin community will set up emergency- aid
calling center for elder people

Haerbin will set up emergency-aid calling center, which is based on civil administration and development and taking advantage of the community’s information resources, including inquiry, call and hot-line calling in the community service organization to provide service for the local community, especially for elderly people with inquires, complaints and so on. At the same time, they also set up emergency-aid calling for elder people who live by themselves and need special help.
