China Unicom got the Emergency Communication Order Challenging China Tietong and China Satcom’s Marketing Strategy

On June 22, informed sources revealed that China Unicom had already made major advances in the emergency communications sector hand-in-hand with terminal manufacturers including Yulong, taking control of the Shenzhen’s big order for city emergency communications system. Thus, there are at least three major operators, China Unicom, China Satcom, and China Tietong competing strongly in this newly opened market, and China Unicom’s market strategy poses a major challenge to these two competitors.
