In June 2006, ITApps provided the 95599 Customer Service Center of Agricultural Bank of China with Consulting and Training. This training, organized by Agricultural Bank of China for, is the first bank-wide customer service center administrative staff-focused training program. The headquarters is putting heightened emphasis on this training and has set high requirements for the company providing the training as well as the trainees participating in it.
