Eshore Hong Kong Makes Another Impressive Accomplishment; Hong Kong and Macau Customers Give It Consistent Praise

In less than a year from July 2005 until now, Eshore (Hong Kong Branch Company) has performed very well in a succession of cities, establishing a stable base for Eshore Group's development in the Hong Kong-Macau and overseas markets.

Following the customer-service update and reconstruction engineering contract with Macau telecom operator CTM at the end of 2005, Eshore Hong Kong took another step forward by providing the PCCW-SUNDAY telecom customer service center for CTI and external calling system in connection with Hutchinson, CSL, and New World among other customers, thus advancing the establishment of its leading position in the Hong Kong-Macau telecom industry and its status as a call centre/CRM supplier. Its "Hong Kong Derby" and Genesys Suite introduced last year establish a totally new member-client center and introduce Genesys GVP, providing a self-help customer service input system, fully exhibiting its durability and leading position.
