The Shanghai Tax Bureau in 2005 decided to construct the call sign center of telecommunication. Quality and foundation structure of the call sign center working are closely related, this call sign center adopted the Dongjin speech business platform as a foundation structure, making the first step in setting up telecommunication call sign center.
