Five foreign enterprises including MSN China have been licensed to be engaged in value-added telecom

Some official in the Telecom Authority, Ministry of Information Industry announced on 7th that we China are willing to allow the foreign enterprises that fulfill all appropriate applications to invest legally in Chinese value-added telecom and that we China will supply the foreign enterprises with the service of the relevant policy-consultation.
