Shanghai Xinhua Media Com. Ltd opened the single customer service line in the whole country ---- 400-8888-315 on August 5th, the opening day of Shanhai book fair. It‘s the first customer service line serving the national readers in the book industry. It marked the beginning of the specialization and operating in large scale in the service of book industry.
