G-force China was held in Beijing, making great progress in CRM business

The G-force China 2006 call center seminar by eSOON and Genesys was held grandly in Beijing on Aug 22nd. The number of the people in the field present was more than 550. The conference was held successfully and it meant there will be great progress in CRM business.
