Recently Quanzhou Tourist Board and Quanzhou Telecom signed an agreement formally to set up the tourist service call center, 114, which is a bright spot made by the tourism department to help the tourists know more about Quanzhou and to introduce Quanzhou before the opening of Tourism Festival.
