in different degrees

Recently Ministry Of Information Industry Of
the P.R.C. decreed again the detailed measures on regulating the
telecom value-added services. Some specialists think that these
measures have little influence on SP because China Mobile has made
relative measures. However, the services, including such the interactive
and short messages as the interactive and quiz short messages, will
be affected seriously.
