Sept 19, 2006, Shanghai: China Center Summit 2006 and China (Asia) Best Call Center Awards 2006 is held in Shanghai today. It’s hosted by the call center guilds from the seven countries and areas in Asia Pacific including China, Taiwan, Hang Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japanese and Korea, held together in the main land for the first time.
