Shanghai Telecommunication starts the voice telephone business with the EXCEL CSP platform

　The voice telephone business in Shanghai telecommunication adopted the whole of the EXCEL CSP platform project which can identify voice and is set up to deal with business. This business has already started in the Shanghai telecommunication network, which currently serves different types of customer city wide.
