Up to Oct. 17, the acceptance of the applications and the number-choosing for the adjustment of the short message access code for the third period has finished. It marked that the wide-spread unification of SP short message service code and the basic number-choosing has finished, making a good base for the practice of code-unifying from Oct. 31 next year.
