On Oct. 25, to strengthen the management of foreigners' investing and operating the vadue-added telecom business, Ministry of Information Industry released a notice on strengthening the management of foreigners' investing and operating the vadue-added telecom business after the notice on strengthening the management of foreigners' investing and operating the vadue-added telecom business releassed on July 13,2006.
