On Nov. 6th, the reporters from China byte learned from people knowing the inside that Beijing Unicom and CCTV are in negotiation now, wide band zone business hoped to come back to life. This September the wide band zone business of Beijing Unicom that was started three months ago was forbidden. Then people in this field said that the business of Beijing Unicom was alike IPTV, but they did not have the license of IPTV, so they had to stop.
