Huawei and 3COM completing the competitive purchase, 3Com buying all the shares of H3C

On Nov. 29th, 2006, Huawei Com announced that Huawei had accepted the competitive purchase quoted price of 3COM. Both the two sides had completed the competitive purchase procedure of Huawei 3Com. According to H3C shareholder agreement, 3COM started the competitive purchase procedure on Nov. 15th, 2006. After bidding, Huawei answer a letter to 3COM on Dec. 28th, (Beijing Time), they accepted formally the competitive purchase quoted price of 3COM. After the relative law procedure, 3COM will own H3C completely.
