Recenly, in the 3rd Ais-pacific Best Call Center Competetion, No. 10000, Shenzhen telecom, won the most important prize of “Asia-pacific Best Callcenter”. It is the first time in its history that a Chinese mainland company won this prize, while the winner-- Shenzhen Telecom ,adopted the managing sofeware of Hangzhou Utry.
