The telephone bank system
of the Construction Bank released bilingual IVR dealing

Recently the 95533 bilingual system of the telephone
bank from Construction Bank, Beijing Branch went on line. It opened
English self-help IVR based on the English self-help CSR of the
Chinese-English bilingual program of the telephone bank for the
first period. There are five branches of the English self-help CSR:
consulting, reporting of the loss, account transferring, fee-collecting
agent and password- revising signing. The broadcast of the English
speech adopts the standard pronunciation of TTS.
