Good news from Lanzhou Farming and Herding Bureau: Lanzhou will set up the “12316 hotline for farmers and will upgrade the Agricultural Information Website. This can really make the farmers get the agricultural information in home to promote the developing of farming industry and to promote the increasing of farmer’s income.
