While being a guest of our program Approaching our Olympics, Xiang Ping, the undersecretary of Service Depart. of Beijing Olympic Committee, showed that: during the Olympics, the audience either in the gymnasium or out of it can gain the necessary information through the information kiosks.

During the Olympics, about 50 Olympic Information Kiosks will be established in the bumper-to-bumper traffic area, hot tourism area and other popular areas. Travelers can get the face-to-face services on traveling places, weather, culture, geography and accommodation information from the working staff in these information kiosks.

Information Kiosks offer the face-to-face service to the travelers, but what if they couldn’t get to the kiosks while needs these information? Xiang indicated that 12308 call center will solve this problem. It is calculated that 350 working staff will stay in the 12308 call center to offer all kinds of service to the ones who need them.
