Days ago, UTSTARCOM declared that its IPTV order in India has been signed.
UTSTARCOM declared its three years’ agreement. It is known that UTSTARCOM will jointly deploy it IPTV solving scheme with India’s MTNL through its partner,AKSH Optifibre.
