On the morning of March 7, the second stage of
the Call Center System in China Eastern Wuhan Company has been completed
the operation successfully. This operation is the comprehensive
update of ¡°96566¡± Call Center System, adding many service fields
including Group VIP, Airfreight, Passenger Hotel Booking, Complaint
and so on, finishing the data interface with FOC flight control
system as well as starts the new ¡°96566¡± Call Center IVR Speech
Flow.
