The deployments of China Telecom and China Netcom in IPTV net and system are developing fast. Since the IPTV system of Hubei Telecom is gotten by ZTE in March, 2007, IPTV net and system deployments have been developed in nearly 20 provinces and more than 100 areas and cities.
