TOM Online, the Chinese Government Net of Skype, has announced recently TOM-Skype3.1 version has formally started, which is the first version developed by localization teams and meeting Chinese users’requirements more among Skype global versions. TOM-Skype’s speaker indicated that it’s very possible to develop more functions to meet Chinese users’ requirements in the future to make TOM-Skype more competitive in the day-by-day more and more fierce IM competition.
