Jilin will establish “12320” commonweal phone service system

This year, Jilin Provincial Sanitary Department will also have their own “110”(“911” in USA). Based on commonweal telecom network operator, Jilin will complete its provincial “12320” public health commonweal phone construction system work to set up a phone platform including one provincial administration center and 10 regional appealing responding center.
