Nanjing Telecom Establishes ICT & Operations Navigation Center

On May 18, Nanjing Telecom debuted its ICT (internation communications technology) and accompanying business navigation operational center. This is part of the overall China Telecom group strategy of establish modern, integrated information service providers through new models.
