China Mobile Launched TD Test
Network Construction in Eight Cities Simultaneous Construction for
Billing and Settlement System

According to concerning equipment supplier,
China Mobile has launched full construction of TD-SCDMA test network
for eight cities. Besides base stations construction, construction
for billing system, customer service system, and BOSS system has
been launched at the same time.
