CMB Took the Lead in China
to Launch Tele-Banking Operator English Service

According to sources released by the China Merchants
Bank on the 5th, the newest language options have been installed
in the 95555 customer service telephone line of the Bank. When the
line is through, special staff will offer telephone service to foreign
customers in English. The Bank is the first one in China to launch
tele-banking operator English service.
