MII Telecom Service Quality
Announcement Indicated UsersĄŻ Complaining Rate Slightly Rose in
Q2
2007/07
According to the most recent Announcement on
Telecom Service Quality released by the MII, in Q2 of this year,
the complaining rate of users was 10.5 (person-time/1 million users),
up compared to the previous quarter. Complaint on telecom service
quality accounted for 23.8% of the total complaint, down by 13%
compared to the previous quarter. Complaint on communication quality
accounted for 19.0%, up by 0.2% compared to the previous year, among
which the complaint on inter-network communication quality accounted
for 70.4% of the complaint on communication quality, mainly coming
from the concentrated complaint on inter-network communication quality
between China Telecom and China Netcom in March and April.
