Recently, the call center costing Konka tens of millions of yuan is under construction in Anhui province and will be officially put to use before the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Meanwhile, from September this year upwards, the Konka 24-hour unified hotline 4008-800-016 will be opened nationally. The head of Konka call center declared that this new call center would be the best in the industry regarding investment scale, floor space and functions.
