The First Lawsuit on IM Interconnectivity had Final Judgment with Tencent in Favor, Getting ￥450,000 for Compensation

The first lawsuit on instant messaging interconnectivity------Tencent suing PICA for infringement of rights-----has got final judgment recently. Beijing Supreme Court finally ruled that PICA should stop the unfair competition against Tencent QQ and pay Tencent ￥450,000 in a lump sum in compensation which is lower than the 2 million yuan sentenced at the first instance.
